Rental Agreement

This Outdoor Movie Equipment Rental Agreement ("Agreement") is made and entered into as of the date of the rental by and between Roadie’s Entertainment Solution ("Company") and the undersigned customer ("Renter"). By signing this Agreement, Renter agrees to abide by the following terms and conditions:

Section Title

1. EQUIPMENT RENTED

The Company agrees to rent to Renter the following equipment:

  • Projector

  • Projector Screen

  • Sound System (speakers, mixer, microphone, and necessary cables)

  • Any additional accessories as specified in the rental order

2. RENTAL TERM

  • The rental period begins on the agreed-upon date and time of pick-up/delivery and ends on the agreed return date and time.

  • Late returns will incur additional charges as outlined in Section 5.

3. RENTAL FEES & PAYMENT

  • Renter agrees to pay the total rental fee as stated in the invoice before receiving the equipment.

  • A refundable security deposit may be required and will be returned upon equipment inspection, provided there is no damage or loss.

  • All payments must be made via accepted payment methods before the rental period begins.

4. CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the rental period start date will receive a full refund.

  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the rental period start date may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the rental fee.

5. LATE RETURNS

  • Renter must return the equipment at the agreed-upon time. A late fee of $25per hour will be charged for late returns unless prior arrangements are made.

  • If the equipment is not returned within 24 hours of the agreed return time, it will be considered lost or stolen, and legal action may be taken.

6. RESPONSIBILITY FOR EQUIPMENT

  • Renter assumes full responsibility for the equipment during the rental period.

  • Equipment must be used in a safe manner and in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions.

  • Renter is responsible for any damage, loss, or theft that occurs while the equipment is in their possession.

  • The Company reserves the right to charge for repair or replacement costs if equipment is damaged, lost, or stolen.

7. USE OF EQUIPMENT

  • Renter agrees to use the equipment solely for lawful purposes.

  • Equipment should not be used in inclement weather or unsafe conditions.

  • The Company is not responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses resulting from improper use of the equipment.

8. INSPECTION & RETURN CONDITION

  • Equipment must be returned in the same condition it was received, with all accessories and components intact.

  • The Company will inspect the equipment upon return, and any damage or missing parts will be deducted from the security deposit or billed separately.

9. LIABILITY & INDEMNIFICATION

  • Renter agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Roadie’s Entertainment Solution, its employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, injuries, or losses arising from the use of the rented equipment.

  • The Company is not liable for any interruptions, malfunctions, or unforeseen technical issues that may occur during the rental period.

10. TERMINATION

  • The Company reserves the right to terminate this Agreement and repossess the equipment if Renter fails to comply with the terms or engages in any unlawful activities using the equipment.

11. GOVERNING LAW

  • This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which Roadie’s Entertainment Solution operates.
